This school trip offers a comprehensive exploration of modern architecture, sustainability, and urban planning in London. Highlights include visiting iconic landmarks like the Sky Garden, Canary Wharf, and prominent skyscrapers such as The Shard and The Gherkin.
Students will delve into sustainability at The Crystal, experience innovative urban regeneration at Canary Wharf, and explore the architectural marvels of the Barbican Centre and Southbank. Interactive sessions include a workshop on sustainable urban planning, a Q&A with an architect, and an exploration of the latest development projects at The Building Centre.
Cultural and historical aspects are covered through visits to the British Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum, while engaging with London’s vibrant cultural districts, such as Southbank, offers additional insights into the city’s dynamic landscape.
